Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $8.95
• Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days): $15.95
• Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $25.95
• Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $75

Local Delivery (Miami-Dade Area)

• Same-Day Delivery: $12.95 (orders placed before 2 PM)
• Next-Day Delivery: $8.95

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using this number on our website or the carrier's tracking page.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain oversized items. APO/FPO addresses are accepted for most products. Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size or material - these will be noted on the product page.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
